A: You can reserve a car online by clicking the Reservation link or call our 24/7 hr service number 206 877 2421.
Q: Once I submit a reservation will I get a confirmation?
A: Your reservation request will be reviewed then confirmed, and you will receive the confirmation notice via email, phone, or fax. And our
car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you (Reservation must be made at least 24 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit
card.)
Q: How do I find my driver when my fliight arrives to Seattle?
A: Soon after the reservation has been made, you will be provided with all necessary information.
When your flight arrives to Seattle, please claim your baggage first, and then call us at (206) 877 2421 and give the dispatcher your name
and the door number you are at. The door number signs are located right above the exit doors. The baggage claim exit door numbers are
even.
Q: What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation?
A: Carry town car requires that cancellations and changes must be made with 24 hrs prior to arrival by fax /e-mail or no less than 3 hours
received by telephone* prior to the scheduled pick-up time. All no shows will be charged full rate plus 20% gratuity for the driver. To avoid
being charged you must: Call 206 877 2421 or the phone number on your confirmation, so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with
the driver and help you to locate each other or contact us in the event your plans or flight have been change.
